Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Prysm services (operated by Malandros LLC, dba Prysm Solutions), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Prysm provides payment processing infrastructure for businesses. We are not a bank. Funds are held by our payment processor partners (Stripe, Finix, Circle).

3. Merchant Obligations

As a merchant, you agree to:

• Provide accurate business information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not process illegal transactions
• Maintain PCI compliance if handling card data directly
• Issue refunds when legally required

4. Fees and Payouts

Processing Fee: 3.15% + $0.40 per transaction (3.0% + $0.40 founding-merchant rate for the first 3 months)

Payout Schedule: Daily, weekly, or monthly depending on risk assessment

Refund Policy: Fees are not refunded on refunded transactions

5. Prohibited Businesses

You may not use Prysm for:

• Illegal products or services
• Drugs, counterfeit goods, or weapons
• Gambling without proper licensing
• Adult content without age verification
• Money laundering or fraud

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, excessive chargebacks, or at our discretion with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Prysm is not liable for:

• Losses due to payment processor downtime
• Fraudulent transactions by your customers
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in California, under American Arbitration Association rules.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
